Ingredients
- 20mlZerup Orange Syrup
- 40mlAperol
- 15mlLemon Juice
- 15mlCointreau
GarnishRosemary sprig pegged.
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish.
- For a non-alcoholic alternative replace the Aperol with a non-alcoholic Aperitivo such as Crodino or 0% spirit and replace the Cointreau with orange juice from concentrate.
