Ingredients
- 15mlZerup Pineapple Syrup
- 40mlRum
- 20mlFresh Lime Juice
- 100mlGinger Beer
GarnishLime Peel and Ginger Flakes.
Method
- Pour rum, lime juice, pineapple puree into a highball and stir with mixing spoon.
- Fill glass with ice cubes.
- Add ginger beer, stir again and garnish.
