Taking inspiration from the birthplace of Jalapeño and Paloma, this is a zesty twist on the beloved Mexican classic. Tequila, lime, pineapple, pink grapefruit, and soda create a sizzling cocktail.

Ingredients
- 50mlBlanco Tequila
- 25mlLime Juice
- 25mlZerup Pineapple Syrup
- 50mlPink Grapefruit Juice
- 100mlSoda Water
GarnishSiracha salt rim, pineapple leaf and two slices of Jalapeño.
Method
- Place all the ingredient except, the soda water, into a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake to mix.
- Add the soda water to the shaker after shaking and strain the mix into a highball glass full of ice.
