Ingredients
- 50mlAdvocaat
- 12.5mlZerup Caramel Syrup
- 125mlSteamed Milk
- PinchFlaked Sea Salt
GarnishDusting of cinnamon & ginger, cinnamon stick and star anise.
Method
- Add the Advocaat to the glass.
- Add the other ingredients to a coffee jug and steam to heat through and texturise.
- Pour over the advocaat in the pre-prepared glass.
