Smores Martini
An indulgent mix of vodka, vanilla, and strawberry, shaken with soya milk, and presented with a toasted marshmallow topped with chocolate.

Ingredients
- 50mlVodka (Remove for non-alcoholic version)
- 12.5mlZerup Vanilla Syrup
- 12.5mlZerup Strawberry Syrup
- 100mlSoya Milk
GarnishToasted Giant Marshmallow – chocolate button (melted) (optional).
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake to mix.
- Place a pick through a giant marshmallow and rest across the rim of the glass so half the marshmallow protrudes the rim of the glass.
- Strain the cocktail around the marshmallow (keeping the top dry).
- Either blow torch the top of the marshmallow to toast it or top with a chocolate button and blowtorch to melt it over the marshmallow.
